Executive Team: Tony Gritzinger, Managing Member

Tony Gritzinger’s experience in the construction industry gives him the ability to manage the day-to-day operations of McBride Construction Services. He negotiates all contracts, writes purchase orders, develops and manages project schedules, is responsible for the company’s safety program and supports the project superintendents with any needed resources.
Tony began his professional career with Centex Rooney as assist project engineer. He has since held positions as construction manager, senior construction manager and senior purchasing manager for WCI Communities, Inc.
In 2001 he earned his Bachelor in Science in Building Construction Management from the University of North Florida. He is also a state of Florida certified general contractor and a member of the Tampa Bay Builders Association.

Executive Team: Robert Kaupp, LEED AP, Managing Member

Robert Kaupp’s 30 years of construction experience helps guide the company’s preconstruction management and cost estimating departments. Projects range from commercial, Institutional, Retail to many types of Renovation projects. He has served as Vice President, Chief Estimator and Project Manager for a number of Tampa Bay's contractors. Duties included conceptual estimating, hard bid estimates, value engineering analysis, project scheduling and on-site project management. He is currently providing cost estimates, construction sequence phasing schedules, constructability analysis, drawing review/quality control, on-site inspections and value engineering analysis to various Owners and Architects.

He received a Bachelor of Science degree from Syracuse University in 1979 and a past president of the Associated Building and Contractors, Inc Gulf Coast Chapter. He also is LEED AP as accredited by the US Green Building Council.


Executive Team: Warren Gritzinger, Managing Member

Warren Gritzinger brings over twenty-five years of experience to McBride Construction Services, including 20 years of practical experience and 5 years of construction management experience. Warren began his career with Art McBride Carpentry Contractors, Inc. as a carpenter’s helper. Within 2 years he was promoted to foreman of a crew of 12 men. With his ability and strong leadership skills, Warren eventually went on to become the general superintendent, overseeing approximately one-hundred and twenty five men and was the field liaison between general contractors and Art McBride Carpentry, Inc.
In 2002, Warren earned his certified residential contractor’s license. He also entered the police academy at Hillsborough Community College and in 2004 he became a reserve II deputy with the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office. He now volunteers 30 to 40 hours a month with the sheriff’s office working as a patrol deputy. He was also an integral part of the rough carpentry scope of work for the Extreme Make Over house built on Davis Island in Tampa, Florida.

Executive Team: Trudy Lavoie, Managing Member

Trudy joined the company in 1984. She is responsible for a variety of accounting and administrative functions such as Supervisor of the office staff, Employee Benefits, Payroll and Accounts Payable. Her efforts have been instrumental in helping the company to continue to grow successfully and profitably.
